• Wife: Elizabeth Hollingsworth (December 13, 1857 to October 17, 1953) Daughter of Henry Hollingsworth and Arrah land Hollingsworth. Sister of Mindy Hollingsworth who married Jerry Willis, Benjamin's brother. Married to Benjamin on January 25, 1874.

• Children: (They had five children)

  • Henry Joseph Willis (11-22-1874 to 5-31-1906) He never married

  • Mary Elizabeth (Mollie) Willis (8-19-1876 to 7-7-1966) married to William Spearman Fowler (?? to ??).

  • Daniel Willis (8-15-1878 to 7-20-1897) He never married.

  • Sarah Francis Willis (10-6-1880 to 9-13-1939) married to Harry Daniel Roberts (??to??)

  • William Arthur Willis (6-26-1884 to ??) married to Annie Lou Callaway (9-13-1888 to 6-27-1913) and later to Mary Eunice West (5-13-1916 to 5-10-1962)

• History Notes: Benjamin and Elizabeth are buried in the Willis Cemetery in Worth county, Georgia.
